Fidelity Medical Center Governance Excellence

Fidelity Medical Center (FMC), with the support of the Missouri Office of Rural Health and Primary Care’s FLEX program, is providing a unique set of governance resources to assist our board of trustees as we lead health services in our community — governWell™.

governWell™ is a comprehensive source of valuable governance programs, white papers, templates and tools that enable boards to deliver “best practices” governance, and ensure the best health care leadership for their hospital and community.
